About the workshop
Spend a full day in the jewellery studio with experienced jeweller Peter Reeves and learn how to make your own silver bangle from start to finish.This beginner-friendly workshop introduces traditional jewellery-making techniques and the specialist tools used by professional jewellers. You'll begin by working in copper to build confidence with the tools and understand how the metal behaves before moving on to create your finished silver bangle.By the end of the day, you'll leave with two handmade bangles - one in copper and one in silver.

Your tutor
Peter Reeves is an experienced jeweller who enjoys introducing people to the craft of jewellery making. Working from his studio at Flameworks, he teaches traditional techniques in a relaxed and supportive environment, helping beginners build confidence while creating something they'll be proud to wear.
Practical information
Duration: Full day (10:00am – 4/4:30pm)
A lunch break is included from 12:30pm–1:30pm.
Please bring a packed lunch.For safety, please wear enclosed shoes and clothing made from natural fibres such as cotton, denim or wool.
